Most of my photos focus on scenes on the streets of Portland. But, it's important to remember that PORTland was named as such for a reason. Ships pass under the draw bridges of the Willamette river daily and for miles along the river, the industrial side of the water trade can be seen. This appears to be some sort of loading mill for grain.
