I love that I am rarely bombarded by cigarette smoke in Portland. It is assumed that public places do not allow smoking. Sometimes around hospitals, entire blocks have signs stating the city block is a "tobacco free zone". I thought this "pretty please" sign was just great - seeing as it is above a city bench along a busy sidewalk.
Ah, my lungs - they can breathe free!!
